A little about my experience:
I've been working with computers steadily since 1986. Originally I was doing design and layout work for TUNS (now part of Dalhousie), the Atlantic Canada Bicycle Rally, the Chronicle Herald, and the Dalhousie Gazette. In early 1994, I got into web design and worked for Acadia University and then nine years at the Nova Scotia Museum.
I gained a reputation as the "go-to guy" whenever someone had a computer problem. I did a little bit of in-home tutoring, and I helped friends decide on computers to buy, as well as helping them out with any problems they had afterward.
Technology is one of my passions. I enjoy building and upgrading computers, and I use a very wide variety of software. Troubleshooting problems comes with that territory and over the years I have learned a lot. If you are tired of struggling with your computer, contact me and let me help.
